Consider these facts - Over 239,000 salon positions went unfilled last year. The job placement potential and the diverse career opportunities available within the beauty industry are great! In addition to hair design, our industry also offers skin care, makeup, fashion photography, nail artistry, product educators, platform artists and salon management. The statistics show the average reported income for full-time beauty professionals is incredible!

Career Placement

Graduates of International Academy will have the opportunity to tap into a unique network of industry leaders for professional placement.

The staff of International Academy will do their utmost to assist every student for career placement regardless of their city, state, or country in which they choose to cosmetology career placement practice their profession. International Academy has an excellent placement record for its graduates. Due to the ever increasing dollars spent in the beauty industry, graduates have an excellent opportunity to obtain a position. Students who are motivated, serious, and are ready to work, will excel, and are in demand. No school however, can absolutely guarantee employment. This depends entirely upon each student. Employment inquiries from salons needing stylists, nail technicians, skin care and spa specialists, are posted on a Job Placement Bulletin Board located in the student media center. This bulletin board is easily assessable and all graduates of our school are encouraged to seek help from our staff to assist them in securing a position.
